Returns Policy

Return Eligibility: New items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. The equipment must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged. All original packaging, including manuals, accessories, and any accompanying documentation, must be included.

USED OR REFURBISHED PRODUCTS ARE NOT RETURNABLE. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS, PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER. AS YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RETURN THE PRODUCT.

Return Process: Contact our customer service team to initiate the return process and receive an email confirming the acceptance of your return. Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method, with the freight prepaid by the customer.

Refund Procedure: Once the returned item(s) are received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Restocking Fee: A restocking fee will apply to all returns. To cover inspection, testing, and refurbishment costs. We will deduct a 25% return fee from the total you paid.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain new items may not be eligible for return, including customized, used or specially ordered equipment. Consumables and disposable items cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.

Warranty: All equipment sold by Loyalty Medical is covered by our warranty policy. Please refer to the warranty terms and conditions for more information.

Damaged or Defective Items: In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will arrange for a replacement or repair as applicable.
