Shipping policy
At Loyalty Medical, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase of new and used medical equipment. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy to address your concerns.
NEW CONDITION:
Return Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
- The equipment must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.
- All original packaging, including manuals, accessories, and any accompanying documentation, must be included.
Return Process:
- Contact our customer service team to initiate the return process and receive an email confirming the acceptance of your return.
- Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method, with the freight prepaid by the customer.
Refund Procedure:
- Once the returned item(s) are received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Restocking Fee:
- A restocking fee will apply to returns. To cover inspection, testing, and refurbishment costs.
- We will deduct a 25% return fee from the total you paid.
USED/REFURBISHED CONDITION:
Non-Returnable Items:
- Items on Used or Refurbished condition are not eligible for return.
- Consumables and disposable items cannot be returned.
Warranty:
- All equipment sold by Loyalty Medical is covered by our warranty policy. Please ask one of our representatives about the warranty for the item you are purchasing for more information.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance.
